no medium is off limits. I really enjoyed sculpting in snow over the last two winters in the mountains.
There is no scale- it could be any size once a photo is taken- there is nothing to give it away.
In this case, the medium was also perfect for the feeling of the piece- the solitude, coldness and purity of it.
...of course, the neighbors will always think you're crazy...
